Why a group?

Something individual care can't replace.

Therapy and case management address your individual needs, but they can't replicate the experience of being in a room with people who already understand what you're carrying. Groups create a different kind of belonging.

Our groups are free, recurring, and designed to complement whatever else you have going on, not replace it. You can attend a group and still work with a counselor, a case manager, or no one at all.

  • Peer understanding

Everyone in the room shares a relevant part of your experience. You don't have to explain the basics.

  • Consistent rhythm

A group that meets regularly becomes an anchor, something to look forward to, week after week.

  • Always free

No fees, no insurance required. Both groups are open to the community at no cost.

  • No commitment to start

Most groups are open, so you can come once and see how it feels before deciding anything.

Support groups are community spaces: open, free, and peer-centered. If you're looking for one-on-one therapy, case management, or psychological testing, those are our programs & services →
