What to expect.

    You call or email.

    A real person from our intake team picks up. No automated triage, no menus. They listen, take notes, and ask only what's needed.

  2. 02

    We listen, then match you.

    We learn what you're going through and which of our four programs might fit best. There's no commitment to start, and questions are welcome.

  3. 03

    You start at your own pace.

    First session is about an hour, in person at our Laguna Hills office. Many insurance plans accepted, including CalOptima, for eligible services. Low-cost fees are $65 for unlicensed therapists and $100 for licensed therapists.

Do I need insurance?
No. We accept many insurance plans, including CalOptima, for eligible services, and intake verifies your coverage. Low-cost fees are $65 for unlicensed therapists and $100 for licensed therapists.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Conversations between you and your counselor are private and protected.
What if I don't speak English?
Spanish-language services available, including the monthly Círculo Latino group.
How long until I'm seen?
Most callers are scheduled within one to two weeks of intake.
What does the first session look like?
About an hour with a counselor or case manager who listens, asks questions, and helps map next steps. No commitment.
