What will a Case Manager do for you?
- Empathetic, non-judgemental listener
- Can provide HIV 101 education to clients, family members and partners
- Can allay fears about HIV and AIDS
- Can assist in navigating through the maze of services available
- Can recommend medical doctors that specialize in HIV disease
- Can link clients to services and information regarding HIV and AIDS
- Can provide referrals to Individual, Family and Group Therapy at Shanti
- Can notify you of all Seminars, Forums and Workshops at Shanti
- Can provide information on Housing Assistance (click for more information)
- Can provide information on Transportation Services (see below)
- Can provide information and linkage to complimentary therapy at Shanti (click for more information)

Monthly Bus Passes
- OCTA bus passes can be provided to clients who use this public transportation
- Shanti is located close to Lake Forest Avenue and Rockfield in Lake Forest
- Monthly bus passes offer other discounts around Orange County
ACCESS Door-to-Door Services
- There is an application process to qualify for this method of transportation
- Clients may contact Lauren Terry, Case Manager for applications and requirements
Volunteer Rides
- Shanti volunteers can transport clients to and from medical appointments.
